We did the three week board and training package, where MSK9 listened to our concerns, and tailored the training to address them. Once seeing our dog again after the three weeks of boarding, it was like he was a new dog! We still have a few group classes to go, but every time we have had a training session so far, I can't stop smiling and beaming about how much our dog's behavior has improved...it's amazing!! Also, it is so clear that every employee here knows what they are talking about, and I appreciate and trust every bit of advice they have given us. "Signed my pup up for classes, friendly staff, easy process.
I am adding to this post since all of my dogs have successfully finished board and train sessions. I sought help when I brought my 8-week-old Rottweiler puppy home. He was not the cuddly pup I was expecting, and he was not getting along well with his new dog siblings. MSK9 put him in check really quick after I checked him in at 12 weeks old. His trainer Gator has his and my utmost respect! After he came home acting like a gem, I sent my older dogs in to get re-trained. They all came out better dogs!! I wished I had sent my other two here as opposed to their previous training. Kari, Jacob and the rest of the trainers and staff are awesome! It is a process, and I have learned a lot about myself as an owner and what it takes for me to have my dogs in control and able to have them out in public and home with no issue! I am able to take the dogs almost anywhere! My Rottweiler earned his CGC (Canine Good Citizen) certificate here. His breed is somewhat demonized, and I get terrified looks wherever we are, but when any dogs come at him, or situations get loud or hectic he remains calm and looks to me for direction! Our dog, Sophie, has received boarding, training, and grooming services at MSK9 and all of them have been incredible. They give you really cute report cards and you know your dog has been taken care of! When we pick her up, she is always so tired and content! "I want to give MSK9 a huge shout out for the following. My dogs looked healthy, they still had their shiny coats, they weren't shedding all over, they smelled just the way they did as I left them which is important because that tells me the kennels are cleaned unlike other places I've boarded in the past, they seemed relaxed and they looked happy when they brought them out. I boarded with them for 8 days. The staff was pleasant and informative, the facility is clean, they have indoor and outdoor kennels which is important with our GSD. Prices are fair considering they are about the same as others, but the care was by far better than all the other places I've used. They came recommended by out Vet whom I also love. I boarded our small Chihuahua and very large GSD. They placed them next to one another in the runs and they have beds for the pups to lay on. Thank you for caring for my pups and making our time away less stressful for them and for us."
